Terms & Conditions

APPOINTMENTS:

  • Scheduling can be done via phone or electronically through the booking system (or email, messenger, text message, WhatsApp).

  • By confirming an appointment and submitting a deposit, the patient/client acknowledges acceptance of the regulations.

  • Feet Treat reserves the right to adjust appointment times and will notify the patient/client accordingly.

 
DEPOSIT:

  • A 50% deposit of the cost of your booked service must be paid within 24 hours of booking.

  • Payment is made through a booking system or provided payment link.

  • Failure to pay the deposit within 24 hours will result in appointment cancellation.

  • The deposit amount will be deducted from the final payment upon visit completion.

 
CANCELLATION:

  • A full refund of the deposit is available if the appointment is canceled no less than 24 hours in advance.

  • Refunds will be processed within 3 working days.

 
CHANGES TO APPOINTMENTS:

  • One appointment change is permitted without forfeiting the deposit.

  • Subsequent changes may be subject to the outlined deposit policy.

 
ATTENDANCE POLICY:

  • Only the patient/client should attend appointments due to space and privacy limitations.

  • Visitors are asked not to bring children as they are not covered by insurance.

 
CHILD APPOINTMENT POLICY:

  • Only one parent is permitted to accompany a child during appointments to ensure focus and privacy.

  • Children present in the clinic must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
